Every NipponRoute booking carries a reference in the format NR-00000000. Milestones are entered by the person who handled the cargo.
Where to find the number
It is on your booking confirmation email and on every document we issue for the shipment, top right.
What you will see
Each milestone with the date, the place it was recorded, and a note from the coordinator who entered it.
Need it in your own system?
There is a read-only JSON endpoint at /api/tracking/NR-00000000 you can poll from your ERP or portal.
Have cargo to move out of Japan?
Send us the origin, the destination and what is in the box. Most lanes are quoted the same working day.
